Reynold Hendrickson - CEO
Reynold Hendrickson, JD (U-Mich) is an attorney and member of the Michigan Bar. Founder of StarPak Solar Systems in 1976, Reyn steered this fast growth Michigan firm to Inc 500 status in 1983. Along the way, he authored the 1978 and 1983 Michigan Tax Credits, which passed unanimously in both House and Senate. A Commercial Real Estate Broker, Reyn is Manager of 6 real estate LLCs, and several award-winning New Urbanist developments to his credit.

Tom Esper - Project Manager
Thomas C. Esper, PE, has been involved in the design and construction of commercial and industrial facilities for thirty years. Projects include facilities throughout North America and internationally. Recently, Tom has worked on three stadiums including New Meadowlands Stadium, NY; Comerica Park and Ford Field, Detroit. Tom is recognized throughout the industry, and is known for tenacious management of details, and timely and successful completion of projects. Thirty years of experience with the marketing/sales, design, fabrication and installation of structural steel, and general construction for industrial facilities, commercial and residential developments, and stadiums.

Sandy Green - Shareholder
Sanford “Sandy” Green – A proud graduate of the University of Michigan – Class of 1975. Currently a partner in and Vice President – Development for Global Orange Development, the parent company of Biggby Coffee, a Midwest based chain of coffee shops. Previously employed in real estate development handling property acquisition and property entitlement from 1996 to 2004. Prior to 1996 Sandy was a consultant to the retail and real estate development industries evaluating properties, projecting sales and negotiating leases specializing in small growing retail businesses. Sandy has particular interest in business development, team building and finding new applications for old technologies.

Jared Twining – Director of Business Development, System Integrator
Jared Twining is the West Coast Director of Business Development for StarPak. Jared has an extensive background in marketing and finance, and is using his experience in renewables and energy efficiency to establish joint venture opportunities with established energy companies in California and throughout the country. He is the StarPak liaison for the California PACE program, the largest such program in the nation.

Jill Twining - System Integrator
Jill Twining comes to StarPak with significant experience managing sales and accounting at growing businesses. She and her husband invested 2 years recently volunteering in the Pacific Islands. Jill brings business acumen, experience working with the public, and a tenacious attention to detail to Starpak’s Sales Department, working with clients of all sizes to generate strong returns on investment from energy efficiency and renewable energy. She is also StarPak expert on PACE, a powerful tax increment financing program active in 27 States.

Tom Heed - Patent / Trademark Attorney
Attorney Tom Heed has unique understanding what it takes for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small business owners to succeed. B.S.E.E. (Boston University); J.D., Summa cum Laude, (John Marshall Law School), licensed in both Illinois and Michigan and registered with United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Heed was an executive for Harman International, a Fortune 500 Company, for over a decade. During that time, he led their automotive engineering, technical planning and programs, global intellectual property, and quality departments as a Vice President.
In addition to heading up Heed Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Heed is a serial entrepreneur with multiple businesses in SE Michigan. Mr. Heed serves on advisory boards of various start-ups and local businesses, and is active in the Ann Arbor Community

Pugsley has over 30 years’ experience in economic development with emphasis in revenue bond and tax increment finance of commercial and industrial projects that included land acquisition, zoning and site plan approval from local governments. Executive Director for several Public Development Authorities managing Tax Increment and Revenue Bond financing for 18 industrial, commercial and technology development projects valued at over $450 M. Licensed Professional Community Planner, licensed realtor in Michigan and an accredited AICP member of the American Planning Association. Education: B.S. in Urban Planning with minors in Sociology, Economics and Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University.

Aaron Easlick - Co-Owner / Ventures Development
Aaron Easlick just completed his MBA with focus on international business and finance at Georgetown University on a meritocratic full scholarship. He will graduate in May with honors. Prior to attending Georgetown University, Aaron worked in the finance industry first in corporate finance as a financial analyst at Ally Financial and more recently as an associate conducting due diligence for senior debt and private equity investments at OPIC in Washington, DC. Aaron is an Iraqi War Veteran and served seven years with the Michigan Army National Guard. Aaron received his BBA, summa cum laude, from Western Michigan University in 2006.
