We work across a broad range of project types from single family homes and remodels to urban mixed-use, multi-story buildings. We push deep into regenerative design through a consultative, comprehensive process that:
- accurately re-creates the existing building and site conditions;
- tests materials, systems, and design options against this simulated environment to determine which are worth pursuing;
- integrates this information into a budget and facility “balance sheet;”
- verifies performance;
- and then sets up a process that facilitates long term oversight and management.

As a system integrator for Cisco’s powerful Richards-Zeta Middleware, StarPak Building Intelligence can negotiate head-to-head with utilities, optimize scheduling to greatly reduce utility costs, automate fault detection in all building HVAC, electrical, and alarm systems, and much more.
StarPak Energy Solutions sells, installs, and services renewable and energy efficiency systems to residential, commercial, civic, and educational markets. Our products and services are battle-tested. StarPak Energy Solutions installed systems for:
