Heatgrabber
StarPak is in the Free Heat business. Solar is the hottest freest heat in spring, summer and fall. Plus, StarPak panels will harvest some free solar heat even in winter. But the hottest source of free heat during the heating season, a perfect complement to solar, is in your boiler flue. After all, as your boiler burns, some 20-30% of what you just paid for goes right up the stack at 300-400° F. StarPak's proven workhorse Heatgrabber harvests this free flue heat, dramatically increasing the overall Green Path system efficiency. Each unit is custom designed.

Natural Cooling
Some 25% of all households use water wells and septic fields. Now StarPak GroundSource Cooling enables these households to cool for free using the natural coldness of this incoming well water. GroundSource is a simple inexpensive add-on to UltraStar systems, coupled with UltraStar's built-in Desiccooling dehumidification system. The combination can often eliminate the need for utility electricity for air conditioning: During warm days, normal water use is often enough to cool the house. On hot days, full house coolness is achieved by continuously drip irrigating planting beds or gardens, or watering the lawn. Also available for larger commercial buildings.
